I have asked the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to schedule an in-person meeting. I have requested that they represent me (all of us) in the District Court lawsuit that needs to be filed against Dept of HHS over the fraudulent “Public Health Emergency Declaration in the Opioid Crisis.”. I have asked that they represent me (all of us) in a District Court lawsuit against DEA/FDA over the 2026 pain medication production cuts. And, I have asked that they open an investigation into the fraud and racketeering for profit by Indivior, Physicians for Responsible Opioid Prescribing, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, all while causing the torture and murder of innocent pain patients and the unjust incarceration of pain doctors. If they refuse, we will go state-by-state, asking each Attorney General to take these cases.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Thank you for your perseverance on this important issue. Considering that an estimated 60 million Americans who suffer severe and chronic pain, while the estimate of Americans who have tried heroin in their lifetimes is about 660,000 and the number who used in the past year (not even people who habitually use) is estimated to be 140,000, and that pain is the Number One Reason for visits to doctors and emergency rooms, treating patients who report pain with suspicion is unjust and disproportionate. Prosecuting or removing the ability to prescribe from doctors who haven’t broken any laws, just because they prescribe more opioids than other doctors in the area is another injustice.
None of these oppressive actions against doctors and patients has done anything to curb illicit drug use or trade.
